How long does the subscription, Switch Script, last?
There is a 3 month minimum commitment and then after that you can cancel anytime you wish.

Can I get refund on my subscription?
Currently I am not offering full refunds on subscription plans. However, I do want for you to be 100% happy with your decision to choose Switch Stitch. If this is not the case please reach out so I can make it right for you.
Can I pick the monthly design or swap them out?
Valid question and the quick answer is no. That's because the main goal of Switch Script is to reduce decision fatigue by putting your home decor on auto-refresh.
When will I get my monthly Switches?
The first of each month. I work hard to make and ship your items a week prior to the coming month so that you are able to display your Switch all month long.
Email me! If you want to add a Button or Switch to your current plan it's totally doable. Send me an email letting me know what you want to do and I will get it adjusted for you.
How do I change my subscription plan?
All SCRIPT plans come with a foundation piece so you do not need to purchase a Wall Display or Plant Stake. The foundation piece that is included is noted when you purchase your plan and it will ship with your first shipment.
Do I need to buy a wooden Wall Display or Plant Stake?
What a thoughtful person you are! Here's a few things to note:
1) You will put the recipient's address as the 'ship to' address when purchasing the subscription plan. If you have any struggles at all doing this, please contact me, I would love to help.
2) Since the first SCRIPTS will be shipped after the holiday season use the 'Giftable Note' below. You can print this at a photo printing place or email it to the lucky person getting a SCRIPT as a gift.

Can I omit the foundation piece from my SCRIPT plan?
As much as I'd love to be able to modify the plans currently they are not adjustable. So you cannot remove the foundation piece from your SCRIPT purchase and it will ship at the start of your subscription. If you already have a foundation piece that comes with your SCRIPT plan maybe you can use it to simplify another space or deepen your connection with someone by giving it as gift ♥️
